After taking down the ball on Thunderstorm Riders's corner Koti Kot fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marco Day quite easily take care of the ball. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koti Kot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arkadiusz Barciniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. 27 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Resel came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arkadiusz Barciniak came out of the goal and Edward Mcdonald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 53rd minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Barciniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Cassius Byrne reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Arkadiusz Barciniak. The goal made the score 0-2. Edward Mcdonald's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arkadiusz Barciniak read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play.
