Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cosme Eguen, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Jamaica's Finlay Stair slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Cucao. That made the score 1-0 after 13 minutes of play. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomero Bidari in the 17th minute of the match. Jarell Hill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 22 played minutes Jamaica got a freekick which was hit by Kordal Duff. Demonde Jacobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Eguen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 25 minutes, Romon Oliver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jamaica and the Tetes Titans players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Wayan Freeman got a free kick in the 27th minute. After 53 played minutes, Tetes Titans's Domingos Abeita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tetes Titans reached it. If Jarell Hill had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 58 played minutes Tetes Titans got a freekick which was hit by Leon Bidun. In the 61st minute, Domingos Abeita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romon Oliver hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Cosme Eguen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tetes Titans's supporters rose to their feet, but Cosme Eguen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demonde Jacobson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Baldomero Bidari hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Salvatore in the 75th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tetes Titans's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Jamaica had won, even though Tetes Titans had held more of the ball.
