Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. 3 minutes into the match, Tormenta EC's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Augusto Demaria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augusto Demaria read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, Tormenta EC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Augusto Demaria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Demaria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, Tormenta EC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Augusto Demaria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when Magno Garcia tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Daniel Zorita sped through Tormenta EC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Augusto Demaria. 20 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Augusto Demaria. Tormenta EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 28 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Tormenta EC's Augusto Demaria. Augusto Demaria was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Luis Andino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Augusto Demaria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute, Cristian Sancho ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augusto Demaria was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. After 41 played minutes Magno Garcia rounded Ecuador's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-4. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Tormenta EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casper Decloedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Augusto Demaria showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Magno Garcia to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Augusto Demaria in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 55th minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Augusto Demaria in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Bernard Dyczkowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Tormenta EC's goalkeeper Augusto Demaria, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Agustín Saelices came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustín Saelices couldn't finish the play. In the 70th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Augusto Demaria was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Augusto Demaria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Demaria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tormenta EC's Magno Garcia got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 85th minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augusto Demaria having to interfere. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
