Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Ricardo Guerra made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Joel Gaona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mexico fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Guerra in the 8th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Januário Rangel made a huge save. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 10th minute. A nice corner shot did that Alberto Tafalla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Januário Rangel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Lautaro Mancebos short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got Januário Rangel to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to MEXACOMX getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Cláudio Leite hit a great ball. MEXACOMX's Januário Rangel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save MEXACOMX from getting a goal against them. 23 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Guerra came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Januário Rangel in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julio-César Romo-Leroux hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Maurício Meireles took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 39 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's goalkeeper Januário Rangel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. After 43 played minutes MEXACOMX got a freekick which was hit by Wu Liang Mo. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Januário Rangel came out and tried to block the shot, but Alberto Tafalla slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 44th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. If Joel Gaona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 55th minute of play forced MEXACOMX's goalkeeper Januário Rangel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Ricardo Guerra took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for Dante Lacasa to make any attempt to save it. 66 minutes into the match, MEXACOMX's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Januário Rangel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 70 minutes into the match, Ricardo Guerra had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ricardo Guerra was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of MEXACOMX booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Leoz didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 80th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Luque to maneuver through the defense. MEXACOMX's Julio-César Romo-Leroux quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Leonardo Leoz, made in the 85th minute of the game. 86 minutes into the game, Joel Gaona cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Januário Rangel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Januário Rangel came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Alberto Tafalla. But to his dismay, Alberto Tafalla quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. Mexico's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
