Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Edmundo Espiga started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Sebastian Villa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 5th minute of the match, but Carmine Di Rocco made a huge save. 5 minutes into the match, Sebastian Villa notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Cimone's Carmine Di Rocco. Carmine Di Rocco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ennio Gervasi might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ennio Gervasi ran back to his position shaking his head. Edmundo Espiga blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carmine Di Rocco having to make a save. Carmine Di Rocco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After 19 played minutes Cimone got a freekick which was hit by Damian Valdevielso. The supporters of Cimone booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luca Espinar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Clint Barton came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 24th minute of play forced Cimone's goalkeeper Carmine Di Rocco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Cimone's Florian Tieri seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Florian Tieri the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cimone protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Florian Tieri had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cimone fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 29th minute. Penalty! Edmundo Espiga shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Damian Valdevielso scored 1-1 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Moises Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Flavio Galeone got a throw-in 39 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Damian Valdevielso.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ennio Gervasi to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Cimone's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Carmine Di Rocco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 54 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Ivan Navarro. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Carmine Di Rocco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 64 minutes into the game, Ennio Gervasi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, Cimone's Lautaro Navarro threw himself towards the right post 72 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Damian Valdevielso, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 73rd minute, Edmundo Espiga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Honduras's Moises Tafalla sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Carmine Di Rocco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Carmine Di Rocco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Carmine Di Rocco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Tafalla in the 79th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Damian Valdevielso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Honduras's zone, Ennio Gervasi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal and Ennio Gervasi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carmine Di Rocco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Christian Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ennio Gervasi charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ennio Gervasi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Cimone getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ennio Gervasi hit a great ball. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Carmine Di Rocco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Cimone had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
