Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Genaro Asur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of play forced KяαdivÄch3 FC's goalkeeper Genaro Asur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Primitivo Andino made in the 25th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Felix Montenegro immediately put the ball in play. Primitivo Andino made in the 29th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Daniel Zorita however managed to control. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Asur having to interfere. 34 minutes into the match, KяαdivÄch3 FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Genaro Asur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, KяαdivÄch3 FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabian Cubero to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Virgilio Lawrence stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cristian Sancho shot from long distance in the 52nd minute, but Genaro Asur was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. KяαdivÄch3 FC's Ariel Osorio was substituted for Andy Top. Guaberto Lertxun kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for KяαdivÄch3 FC. Cristian Sancho blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Genaro Asur having to make a save. In the 78th minute, Juan Sebastián Puig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. KяαdivÄch3 FC's Kent Arvidsson got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The throw-in from Primitivo Andino in the 82nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by KяαdivÄch3 FC's Guaberto Lertxun. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guaberto Lertxun during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pastor Hartz in the 93rd minute of the match. When the match clock showed 95 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Pastor Hartz sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. KяαdivÄch3 FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
