The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Saul Macerio to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Sam Campbell could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Higinio Sansone however easily saved by the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as USA's Marco Baker slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Higinio Sansone. That made the score 4-1 after 95 minutes of play. USA's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
