Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinando Pelusi in the 4th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 6 minutes into the game, Panama's Abraham Alguacil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Edmondo Biancone made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 9th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmondo Biancone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panama's Isidoro Sarmiento got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edmondo Biancone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Edmondo Biancone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abraham Alguacil went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 21st minute, Felipe Ros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 24th minute, Abraham Alguacil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Tomas Berganza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edmondo Biancone having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Jucunditas's zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edmondo Biancone came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Edmondo Biancone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Miralles in the 37th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 41st minute of the game. One of Jucunditas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Panama:s goal. In the 42nd minute of the game, Panama got a penalty. The shot went straight in by the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dave Sanna was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmondo Biancone saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Jucunditas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dave Sanna to maneuver through the defense. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edmondo Biancone breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Tomas Berganza came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Panama fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Berganza couldn't finish the play. Edmondo Biancone stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. 76 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ferdinando Pelusi. Edmondo Biancone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Abraham Alguacil made a precise shot to the right of Edmondo Biancone. Jucunditas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Edmondo Biancone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abraham Alguacil, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When the referee ended the match the Panama players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
