Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dale Fumai kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Zorita didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vilmar Seim came out of the goal and Felix Montenegro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. Vilmar Seim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute of play. Vilmar Seim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 21st minute of play forced Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's goalkeeper Vilmar Seim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Vilmar Seim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilmar Seim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tata Martino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 29 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's Vilmar Seim. Vilmar Seim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilmar Seim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Clementi kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Vilmar Seim despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Sebastián Puig during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justo Soter in the 78th minute of play. When Daniel Zorita came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Vilmar Seim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 92nd match minute, Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Josef Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Justo Soter came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Justo Soter in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Prudencio Blai in the 99th minute. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Bazofia Vive MZ FORROS FC.
