Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Abram Sarmiento took the kick off in the first half of the match. Gençlerbirliği's Dursun Ekinci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 3rd minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ekrem Yay, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. In the 10th minute Axel Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dursun Ekinci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 16th minute Santino Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dursun Ekinci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Kevin Mastache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Gençlerbirliği's Rodolfo Cordero got a free kick in the 24th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Axel Montenegro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Colombia's supporters rose to their feet, but Axel Montenegro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dursun Ekinci breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Axel Montenegro made in the 33rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Santino Seco. Dursun Ekinci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 34th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Conrado Romero to strike the kick off in the second half. Dursun Ekinci took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Mastache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Colombia's Axel Montenegro to fire away a dangerous shot which Dursun Ekinci despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Axel Montenegro took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dursun Ekinci. Dursun Ekinci dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. In the 60th minute of the match, Kevin Mastache tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dursun Ekinci saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Axel Montenegro hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jean-Claude van Damme in the 65th minute of the match. Muharrem Sebih sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cafer Korcan in the 71st minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Muharrem Sebih, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jean-Claude van Damme's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Manzanares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Constantijn Airpoel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Constantijn Airpoel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Cafer Korcan hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Muharrem Sebih received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedro Manzanares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jean-Claude van Damme went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. 95 minutes into the game, Ignacio Mastache recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dursun Ekinci. Ignacio Mastache showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Colombia walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
