Jarell Hill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 9th minute, Iordache Povară left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Santul FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 13 minutes into the match, Santul FC's goalkeeper Codruț Vasiloiu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Finlay Stair. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Scripcaru in the 15th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Santul FC's Codruț Vasiloiu got control of the ball when Finlay Stair tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Buzescu came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Santul FC's goal looked a bit too open when Karlus Waugh came free, but Codruț Vasiloiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 played minutes Santul FC got a freekick which was hit by Rareș Arghir. Jarell Hill could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Codruț Vasiloiu made a huge save. Rareș Arghir scored 0-2 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Demonde Jacobson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 35th minute Finlay Stair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Codruț Vasiloiu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Codruț Vasiloiu made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Romon Oliver sent off a good shot on target. In the 39th minute of the match Jamaica got a corner. Santul FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Finlay Stair ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Jamaica's Finlay Stair to fire away a dangerous shot which Codruț Vasiloiu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Buzescu in the 40th minute of play. Codruț Vasiloiu made a fantastic save in the 43rd minute, when Finlay Stair sent off a good shot on target. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rareș Arghir in the 48th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sebastian Buzescu to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Buzescu got free with Demonde Jacobson in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rareș Arghir in the 58th minute of play. The supporters of Santul FC booed when Jamaica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kordal Duff didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iordache Povară in the 61st minute of play. In the 67th minute, Romon Oliver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rareș Arghir in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Finlay Stair in the 71st minute of play forced Santul FC's goalkeeper Codruț Vasiloiu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Codruț Vasiloiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Finlay Stair, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Romon Oliver took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Codruț Vasiloiu. Codruț Vasiloiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. Codruț Vasiloiu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Finlay Stair went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-4 was the resulting score. Demonde Jacobson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Iordache Povară showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-5 in the 80 minute of play. In the 85th match minute, Santul FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cătălin Marica to maneuver through the defense. Codruț Vasiloiu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Finlay Stair in the 86th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Santul FC's Sebastian Buzescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Demonde Jacobson. That made the score 2-6 after 87 minutes of play. Santul FC's Codruț Vasiloiu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Finlay Stair in the 91st minute of play. Rareș Arghir took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-7. The Santul FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Santul FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
