An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play forced HEAVENS's goalkeeper 钱树梁 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Bilge Korkutalp hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. 钱树梁 took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 钱树梁 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Mehmet Bilge Korkutalp's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which 钱树梁 however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 62 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. HEAVENS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. 92 minutes into the game, Rolf Brandt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HEAVENS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. A collision led to HEAVENS getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Rolf Brandt hit a great ball. Luis Andino hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. When Cristopher de Alcântara came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the HEAVENS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristopher de Alcântara couldn't finish the play.
