Alberto Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armağan Mukremin having to interfere. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulo Seco in the 23rd minute of play. Armağan Mukremin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 25th minute of play. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leon Kalb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Flatline Zombies's Paulo Seco shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Lautaro Mancebo struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Armağan Mukremin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paulo Seco was the one to do the kick off. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Liborius Müller in the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armağan Mukremin. Flatline Zombies's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lautaro Mancebo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liborius Müller in the 55th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Facundo Cadaval got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-2. 59 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liborius Müller, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 72 minutes into the game, when Macos Graciani put in a rough tackle. In the 73rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Macos Graciani to maneuver through the defense. After 78 minutes of play, Flatline Zombies's Leon Kalb made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there!
