Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Şükür Hagi kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, Leicester Lions's Şükür Hagi got a free kick in the 7th minute. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şükür Hagi, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Grant Blacknell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 10th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Leicester Lions's Will Patton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 21 played minutes Leicester Lions got a freekick which was hit by Patryk Plučinský. The referee felt a red card was in order, 23 minutes into the game, when Sebastien Clifford put in a rough tackle. Leicester Lions:s Grant Blacknell showed great skill when he stopped Joel Gaona:s penalty. 33 minutes into the game, Lautaro Mancebo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Grant Blacknell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Camron Rhodes scored 1-3 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Will Patton managed to get in a good position for a shot. Leicester Lions's supporters rose to their feet, but Will Patton was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dante Lacasa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The Mexico players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Leicester Lions were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Joel Gaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Denzil Howarth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Joel Gaona took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Grant Blacknell. Grant Blacknell dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 60th minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Grant Blacknell saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Will Patton, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. The audience was convinced that Denzil Howarth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. Leicester Lions's Jack Sharp was substituted for Alexander Cheetham. After 70 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Camron Rhodes who took care of the corner kick. Leicester Lions's Grant Blacknell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 72nd minute of play. After 75 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Luca Zorita. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexico's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Camron Rhodes was slow to take the kick. During this time Leicester Lions's players had a chance to rest. Leicester Lions's Will Patton was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dante Lacasa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 85 minutes, Will Patton made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Leicester Lions getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Şükür Hagi hit a great ball. In the 91st minute, Luca Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Grant Blacknell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grant Blacknell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 93rd minute of play. The Leicester Lions players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
