Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Basílio Silveira took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 13thth minute of the game Basílio Silveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 13 played minutes Jacuitiba - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Falcão Britto. The throw-in from Efrain Moruga in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Gláuber Cerezo. In the 16th minute of the match, Daniel Ghițescu got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benito Sanz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Basílio Silveira scored 3-0 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinícius Branco, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. In the 32nd minute, Eliseo Noboa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Basílio Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benito Sanz stood somewhat misplaced when Basílio Silveira came free in front of goal and shot 5-0 to the left of him in the 36 minute. In the 46th minute, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Basílio Silveira dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

52 minutes into the game, Basílio Silveira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 55th minute, Daniel Ghițescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. After having played for 58 minutes, Lautaro Puig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Costa Rica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Puig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 63rd minute, Basílio Silveira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jacuitiba - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Lautaro Puig kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Daniel Ghițescu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 11-0. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Basílio Silveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Basílio Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Daniel Ghițescu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Basílio Silveira in the 80th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 minutes, Basílio Silveira made it 13-0 with a short kick to the right side. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 85 minutes, Efrain Moruga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Jacuitiba - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Efrain Moruga hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Costa Rica's zone, Daniel Ghițescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benito Sanz came out of the goal and Daniel Ghițescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Ghițescu in the 88th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Ghițescu in the 91st minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basílio Silveira went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 14-0 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Jacuitiba - FSCMZ were the better team. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
