Henrik Ingemarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 7th minute of play. Patrick Armstrong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth McKinnell in the 9th minute of the match. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kenneth McKinnell in the 14th minute of play. Patrick Armstrong didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kenneth McKinnell went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 17th minute Robert Ununger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrik Ingemarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Catholic Church's Henrik Ingemarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Ununger in the 22nd minute of play. Henrik Ingemarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Peter Linkhorst, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Catholic Church's Mathias Björk got a free kick in the 27th minute. The supporters of ManagerZone Crew booed when Catholic Church was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tord Söderqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patrick Armstrong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Kristiansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. ManagerZone Crew's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kenneth McKinnell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 47 minutes, Bo-Erik Östensson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Catholic Church and the ManagerZone Crew players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 47 played minutes Catholic Church got a freekick which was hit by Bo-Erik Östensson. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Peter Linkhorst stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Henrik Ingemarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 52nd minute of play. Patrick Armstrong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henry Kristiansson in the 54th minute. Adrian Våleman took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henrik Ingemarsson. Henrik Ingemarsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Henrik Ingemarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 58th minute of the match. If Henry Kristiansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thorbjörn Olerius in the 64th minute of play forced Catholic Church's goalkeeper Henrik Ingemarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Oskar Bergqvist during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 75th minute, Oskar Bergqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match was over Catholic Church could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ManagerZone Crew throughout the match.
