The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Arkın Öğüç succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 7th playminute. In the 11th minute, Arkın Öğüç made a precise shot to the right of Marco Day. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. 15 minutes into the match, Cassius Byrne notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Mämmädbağır Svensson. Mämmädbağır Svensson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mämmädbağır Svensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arkın Öğüç in the 24th minute of play. After taking down the ball on Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's corner Gunnar Pettersson fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Marco Day quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cassius Byrne in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Forss, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 43rd minute, Jacob May ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mämmädbağır Svensson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. In the 46th minute, Jacob May hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunnar Pettersson got free with Marco Day in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Mämmädbağır Svensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edward Mcdonald in the 50th minute of play. In the 56th minute Joakim Forss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute Arkın Öğüç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. USA were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. Mämmädbağır Svensson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Monty Rogers showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 65 minute of play. Mämmädbağır Svensson came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by USA's Monty Rogers. But to his dismay, Monty Rogers quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK made a substitution. Ingemar Flink replaced Nicholas Bokvist. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. USA made a substitution. Marco Baker replaced Edward Mcdonald. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Lin Tian Nan was substituted for Arkın Öğüç. A throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game was made by Raphael Moore with Jacob May as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 83rd minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mämmädbağır Svensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joakim Forss sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mämmädbağır Svensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Baker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 93rd minute Khalid Parry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mämmädbağır Svensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK throughout the match.
