Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Edmundo Espiga got the match started through his kick off. Isidoro Gagriel made in the 4th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Martin Peters however managed to control. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Dušan Tomčo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Emilio Stefano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Emanuel Ocampo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Emilio Stefano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The IFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. If Erasmo Palben had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. IFC's Dušan Tomčo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save IFC from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes into the game, IFC's Erasmo Palben nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Honduras's attentive Esteban Carvallo managed to snatch the ball when Martin Peters made a throw-in in the 32nd minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Ivan Navarro got a free kick in the 34th minute. Honduras were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after IFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmundo Espiga took the corner. After taking down the ball on Honduras's corner Christian Sancho fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dušan Tomčo quite easily take care of the ball. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaspar Guillelmus in the 39th minute of play. IFC's Dušan Tomčo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 41st minute of play. Erasmo Palben sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Liam Downes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half IFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erasmo Palben to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Emanuel Ocampo got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 54th minute of the game Isidoro Gagriel made a throw-in which Erasmo Palben played forward. Dušan Tomčo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Gagriel made in the 58th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Martin Peters immediately put the ball in play. After 61 played minutes IFC got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Palben. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Luca Espinar hit a great ball. The supporters of Honduras booed when IFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Gagriel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 73 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. IFC's Erasmo Palben couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 74th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Honduras. The IFC fans' excitement grew in the 82nd match minute when IFC's Emilio Stefano looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, IFC's Isidoro Gagriel got a free kick in the 87th minute. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. When the match was over IFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Honduras throughout the match.
