After 3 minutes of play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ferdinand Luca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augustin Petruț, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. After 8 minutes, Anton Iurașcu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Psihopel BM-MM- and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Paul Diculescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 13 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Anton Iurașcu who took care of the corner kick. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Ferdinand Luca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. In the 21st minute FC Psihopel BM-MM- were awarded a corner. Anton Iurașcu went to the cornerflag to take it. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Facundo Cadaval hit a great ball. The supporters of Mexico booed when FC Psihopel BM-MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. 邓希雄 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joel Gaona might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ferdinand Luca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Gaona ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 42nd match minute, FC Psihopel BM-MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juancho Bonachea to maneuver through the defense. Ferdinand Luca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. In the 45th minute, Paul Diculescu made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Augustin Petruț to make the kick off. In the 51st minute Juancho Bonachea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ferdinand Luca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 55th minute of the match. After 65 played minutes FC Psihopel BM-MM- got a freekick which was hit by 邓希雄. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferdinand Luca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Psihopel BM-MM-'s Ferdinand Luca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 75th minute of the match, managed to save FC Psihopel BM-MM- from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augustin Petruț in the 78th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Augustin Petruț notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paul Diculescu in the 86th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the match, FC Psihopel BM-MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Ferdinand Luca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
