Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Orlando Casaus in the 3rd minute of play forced KFC Welden's goalkeeper Gillis Degens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Vincent Dejonghe tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wouter Gijselinckx in the 11th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gillis Degens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kristen Spoelberghe's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Thiago Pliego skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Thiago Pliego made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Kristen Spoelberghe sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 28th minute of play forced KFC Welden's goalkeeper Gillis Degens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jose Van Eyken, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by KFC Welden's Jose Van Eyken. But to his dismay, Jose Van Eyken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Thiago Pliego made an important save on a dangerous shot by Frederik Van Beringhen in the 38th minute. Gillis Degens came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gillis Degens having to make a save. In the 45th minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gillis Degens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, KFC Welden's Raf De Weijngaert got a free kick in the 47th minute. Gillis Degens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Lacasa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wouter Gijselinckx to make the kick off. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kristen Spoelberghe in the 52nd minute of play. KFC Welden's Gillis Degens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 56th minute of play. In the 57th match minute, Chile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Tamayo to maneuver through the defense. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wouter Gijselinckx in the 58th minute of play. Jan-Simon Musseeuw kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 62 minutes, Wouter Gijselinckx made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. KFC Welden's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henri-Xavier Van den Dries in the 74th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 77 minutes of play, Chile's Mariano Lacasa made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gillis Degens was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gillis Degens made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. 85 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gillis Degens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Gillis Degens in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gillis Degens made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Mariano Lacasa sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the match, Henri-Xavier Van den Dries had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thiago Pliego. Chile's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henri-Xavier Van den Dries was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. The Chile supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Chile would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
