The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Pedro Manzanares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arkın Öğüç's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 11th minute of play forced Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's goalkeeper Mämmädbağır Svensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Arkın Öğüç came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mämmädbağır Svensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento in the 17th minute of play. Mämmädbağır Svensson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Axel Montenegro went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. 28 minutes into the match, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Mämmädbağır Svensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gunnar Pettersson ran over to the corner to take the kick.

Colombia's Kevin Mastache managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Lech Kaczucha in the 50 minute of the game. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joakim Forss, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 53 minutes into the match, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Mämmädbağır Svensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mämmädbağır Svensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santino Seco, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Joakim Forss might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mämmädbağır Svensson made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Axel Montenegro sent off a good shot on target. Colombia's Abram Secada was substituted for Axel Montenegro. Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gunnar Pettersson in the 73rd minute. Joakim Forss took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. After a rather tough play, Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK's Gunnar Pettersson got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Abram Secada came free with the goalkeeper in the 84th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Mämmädbağır Svensson could save by the left post. 89 minutes into the match, Joakim Forss notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet as Colombia's Kevin Mastache slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mämmädbağır Svensson. That made the score 5-2 after 96 minutes of play. For all the effort they put into the match, the Colombia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ivan Turina´s ☆ Väddö AIK.
