Lando Norris kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. Moises Tafalla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Júnior Tasso having to interfere. Rômulo Pena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Vítor Trancoso hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Wilson Meireles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Franklin Gaspar made in the 25th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. Jundiaí -DMZ-'s Júnior Tasso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Milagros Cabal got a free kick in the 28th minute. The throw-in from Franklin Gaspar in the 32nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Sebastian Villa. Wilson Meireles who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Lautaro Navarro when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With his leg Lautaro Navarro managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Jundiaí -DMZ-'s Wilson Meireles fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Erasmo Faria made in the 52nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Honduras's Christian Sancho. In the 54th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Milagros Cabal to maneuver through the defense. Rômulo Pena's late challenge caught a Honduras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rômulo Pena helped the player get up and apologised. In the 57th match minute, Jundiaí -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rômulo Pena to maneuver through the defense. Edmundo Espiga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Júnior Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jundiaí -DMZ-'s Lucas Koehler was substituted for José Vítor Trancoso. Jundiaí -DMZ- made a substitution. Conrado Gerber replaced Rubens Barrichello. After 73 played minutes Jundiaí -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Conrado Gerber. Alexander Costa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júnior Tasso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Jundiaí -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Júnior Tasso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edmundo Espiga. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 84th minute of play forced Jundiaí -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Júnior Tasso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Jundiaí -DMZ- getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Dráusio Moura hit a great ball. Jundiaí -DMZ-'s Dráusio Moura got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wilson Meireles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Honduras's Esteban Carvallo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Franklin Gaspar in the 93 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Jundiaí -DMZ-'s Rômulo Pena got a free kick in the 94th minute. In the 95th match minute, Jundiaí -DMZ- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lando Norris to maneuver through the defense.
