Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Shi Zhen Kun in the 90th minute of play. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95th match minute, Musztarda Diżą was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radomil Charlos to maneuver through the defense. The Musztarda Diżą supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Mexico's performance. The match ended with a win for Mexico.
