Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Cesare Di Renzo got the match started through his kick off. Molfetta sportiva's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Domenico Campo in the 5th minute. A nice corner shot did that Ni Liang Yong got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Cesare Di Renzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Molfetta sportiva's Fedele Fanelli got a free kick in the 9th minute. Flavio Lavatrice made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 20th minute of play. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Lavatrice having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Ni Liang Yong managed to get in a good position for a shot. Molfetta sportiva's supporters rose to their feet, but Ni Liang Yong was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carmine Iannone in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute of the match Molfetta sportiva got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Domenico Campo ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Francisc Bacalbașa advanced and headed the ball into goal, 3-0 in the 36th minute. In the 39th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Cesare Di Renzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carmine Iannone spun around in front of the goal 42 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Venezuela's goal. Flavio Lavatrice showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the game, Molfetta sportiva's Cesare Di Renzo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Ferrant made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. During the 53rd minute of the match Fedele Fanelli completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Fedele Fanelli a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Fedele Fanelli hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 61stth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Molfetta sportiva's Flavio Lavatrice was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cesare Di Renzo, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 66th minute, Cesare Di Renzo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Molfetta sportiva fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Molfetta sportiva's Dario Melani was substituted for Cesare Di Renzo. In the 69th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. In the 72nd minute of the match Molfetta sportiva got a corner. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 84th minute Molfetta sportiva were awarded a corner. Domenico Campo went to the cornerflag to take it. Domenico Campo made a great header on Molfetta sportiva's corner, it was just that Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 88thth minute of the game Dario Melani who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Melani in the 96th minute of play. Molfetta sportiva walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
