FV Wienerwald's Marcel Mallinger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save FV Wienerwald from getting a goal against them. Marcel Mallinger made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Mariusz Kaleta sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in KN ZGORZELEC's zone, Hamilton Carvalhal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emilio Shepherd came out of the goal and Hamilton Carvalhal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 15th minute of the match Ralf Szüczs shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Emilio Shepherd showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marcel Mallinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wessel Bos in the 17th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as KN ZGORZELEC's Wessel Bos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcel Mallinger. That made the score 1-1 after 19 minutes of play. Emilio Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Felix Hanschirik, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamilton Carvalhal in the 24th minute of play forced KN ZGORZELEC's goalkeeper Emilio Shepherd to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27thth minute of the game Wessel Bos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FV Wienerwald's Marcel Mallinger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcel Mallinger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wessel Bos in the 30th minute of play. KN ZGORZELEC were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after FV Wienerwald's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mariusz Kaleta took the corner. The corner ended in Gwidon Furtok almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FV Wienerwald's Marcel Mallinger did a great save. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 52nd minute Wessel Bos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcel Mallinger saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 56 minutes, Emilio Shepherd successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Emilio Shepherd made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Hamilton Carvalhal sent off a good shot on target. The throw-in from Steffen Eisenheld in the 59th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by KN ZGORZELEC's Gilbert Gotfryd. Marcel Mallinger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wessel Bos, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. A hard shot 62 in the game by Anfilogino Alfonsi from a close distance when the talented Emilio Shepherd managed to make a qualified save. KN ZGORZELEC's players were relieved. After a rather tough play, FV Wienerwald's Felix Hanschirik got a free kick in the 65th minute. FV Wienerwald's Célio Nogueira was substituted for Anfilogino Alfonsi. A collision led to FV Wienerwald getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Felix Hanschirik hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Justus Sandkühler hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcel Mallinger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariusz Kaleta in the 68th minute of the match. When FV Wienerwald's Felix Hanschirik in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KN ZGORZELEC's goalie prevented a goal. 74 minutes into the match, KN ZGORZELEC's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Hanschirik came free, but Emilio Shepherd reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. KN ZGORZELEC's attentive Luis María Ogazón managed to snatch the ball when Klaus Adolphi made a throw-in in the 77th minute of the game. Felix Hanschirik could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Emilio Shepherd made a huge save. After having played for 83 minutes, Emiliano Felice managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KN ZGORZELEC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emiliano Felice was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Ralf Szüczs had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, KN ZGORZELEC's Emilio Shepherd got control of the ball when Felix Hanschirik tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 95th minute of the match Mariusz Kaleta shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcel Mallinger showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. FV Wienerwald were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing KN ZGORZELEC to leave the ground with a draw.
