Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Maximiliano Naelio made the kick off which started today's match. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Platense es de Primera!!'s Maximiliano Naelio. But to his dismay, Maximiliano Naelio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 9th minute of play forced Platense es de Primera!!'s goalkeeper Olivér Khan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Olivér Khan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. Maximiliano Naelio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Julio Vera came out and tried to block the shot, but Maximiliano Naelio slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 12th minute. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Olivér Khan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Naelio in the 21st minute of play. Antonio Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Maximiliano Naelio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Platense es de Primera!!'s supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Naelio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 34 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Naelio came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Agustín Saelices hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 54th minute of play forced Platense es de Primera!!'s goalkeeper Olivér Khan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emir Kujović kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olivér Khan having to interfere. Froilan Florinio kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Platense es de Primera!! made a substitution. Jaime Su replaced Uriel Musko. Platense es de Primera!! made a substitution. Martin Elizardo replaced Maximiliano Naelio. Platense es de Primera!!'s Fermin Oroitz was substituted for Ediberto de Amaral. Froilan Florinio hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 63rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Olivér Khan could save by the left post. After some careless play in the Ecuador defense, Martin Elizardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Julio Vera. The Ecuador fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Julio Vera should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Acevedo in the 67th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Platense es de Primera!!'s Olivér Khan got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. 70 minutes into the match, Platense es de Primera!!'s goalkeeper Olivér Khan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Elizardo in the 76th minute of play. After 81 minutes of play, Platense es de Primera!!'s Ferdinand Acevedo made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 84 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Arias. Daniel Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olivér Khan having to make a save. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Martin Elizardo's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Olivér Khan made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. After 93 played minutes Platense es de Primera!! got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Acevedo. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Olivér Khan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. The Platense es de Primera!! support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
