Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 14th minute Szilárd Tótfalusi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. György Tóth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 18th minute of play forced Zalasárszeg OSE's goalkeeper György Tóth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute, Joel Gaona made a precise shot to the right of György Tóth. Zalasárszeg OSE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 24th match minute, Zalasárszeg OSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dávid Kerekes to maneuver through the defense. Zalasárszeg OSE's György Tóth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 25th minute of play. György Tóth showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 31st minute of the match. 40 minutes into the match, Csaba Végvári notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. Dante Lacasa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Joel Gaona to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Csaba Végvári came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 59th match minute, Zalasárszeg OSE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ákos Fülep to maneuver through the defense. Joel Gaona was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. György Tóth tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kálmán Gácsi in the 74th minute of play. 74 minutes into the game, Zalasárszeg OSE's Kálmán Gácsi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Zalasárszeg OSE made a substitution. Fábián Füzesi replaced Dávid Kerekes. Alberto Tafalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mexico's supporters rose to their feet, but Joel Gaona was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. György Tóth breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 89 minutes Zalasárszeg OSE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Szilárd Tótfalusi during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 92 minutes into the match, Zalasárszeg OSE's goalkeeper György Tóth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. A collision led to Zalasárszeg OSE getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Tamás Herczegh hit a great ball. György Tóth made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 96th minute.
