Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Curacao's Kyle Davies started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Helge Brun notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Curacao's Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hubert Siöberg in the 11th minute of play. After having played for 17 minutes, Helge Brun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eleven Nation Army's supporters crossed their fingers, but Helge Brun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Helge Brun sped through Curacao's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. If Kyle Davies had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Helge Brun came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Ekelund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Viggo Lundkvist took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. After 34 minutes of play, Eleven Nation Army's Olof Högström made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bruno Barrett was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 38th minute, Viggo Lundkvist made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. 0-10 became the score in the 47th minute when Viggo Lundkvist elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-10 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Helge Brun made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Åke Ekelund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Åke Ekelund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-11. Helge Brun scored 0-12 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Bruno Barrett successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Åke Ekelund took a quick shot and it went in 0-13 without a chance for Bruno Barrett to make any attempt to save it. 66 minutes into the game, Eleven Nation Army's Åke Ekelund nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-14. Viggo Lundkvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Viggo Lundkvist ran back to his position shaking his head. 72 minutes into the game, Eleven Nation Army's Hubert Siöberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bruno Barrett made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-16. In the 76th minute Helge Brun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viggo Lundkvist in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Barrett prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hubert Siöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Bruno Barrett tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 83rd minute, Viggo Lundkvist reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bruno Barrett. The goal made the score 0-18. After a rather tough play, Eleven Nation Army's Jonatan Skräddare got a free kick in the 86th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Helge Brun cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-19. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Olof Högström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th minute, Åke Ekelund made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-20.
