In the 7th minute, USA's Koby Fletcher seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Koby Fletcher the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of USA protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Koby Fletcher had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in USA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 7th minute. Penalty! Marco Day had in the 9thth minute some difficulties stopping Octave De Meesemaeckere's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 10th minute of play forced Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Lucas De Gea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Krystian Orzechowski charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Krystian Orzechowski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Krystian Orzechowski got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Alberto Velasco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alberto Velasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Marco Day made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Alberto Velasco got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Zlatko Kiš quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Raphael Moore, made in the 35th minute of the game. Alberto Velasco might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marco Day. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Velasco ran back to his position shaking his head. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Velasco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 64 minutes into the match, Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Lucas De Gea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Lucas De Gea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Club Sacode Football CIMZ's Chiquinho Zonta was substituted for Krystian Orzechowski. In the 70th minute USA were awarded a corner. In the 77th minute Edward Mcdonald shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas De Gea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. After 80 minutes Club Sacode Football CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jenson Smith who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalid Parry in the 82nd minute of play forced Club Sacode Football CIMZ's goalkeeper Lucas De Gea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute USA were awarded a corner. Jenson Smith went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Marco Baker got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lucas De Gea quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. USA's Marco Baker was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 83rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 86 minutes into the match, USA's Marco Baker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Lucas De Gea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Velasco in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Khalid Parry could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Lucas De Gea made a huge save. In the 93rd minute, Khalid Parry ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lucas De Gea was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. USA played a much better game than Club Sacode Football CIMZ and deserved their victory. The Club Sacode Football CIMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
