Antonio Canal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, Villawalter City's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Antonio Canal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Joel Gaona charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joel Gaona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Gaona to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, Lautaro Mancebo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Villawalter City's Antonio Canal. Antonio Canal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The supporters of Mexico booed when Villawalter City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elian Benedicto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zbyszek Kapinos hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. When Villawalter City's Coronel Revuelta in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexico's goalie prevented a goal. 31 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Elian Benedicto. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mino Puig in the 36th minute of play. Antonio Canal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Cadaval in the 40th minute of play forced Villawalter City's goalkeeper Antonio Canal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mino Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villawalter City's goalkeeper Antonio Canal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 45th minute Mexico were awarded a corner. Joel Gaona went to the cornerflag to take it. Leonardo Leoz made a great header on Mexico's corner, it was just that Villawalter City's Antonio Canal managed to reach the ball for a save.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. After 54 minutes Villawalter City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Alberto Tafalla managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Lorenzo Cazalla kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gomesano Cayuela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mino Puig in the 63rd minute of the match. Luca Zorita blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antonio Canal having to make a save. If Coronel Revuelta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villawalter City's goalkeeper Antonio Canal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Villawalter City's Antonio Canal got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 74th minute, Lautaro Mancebo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elian Benedicto in the 77th minute of play. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antonio Canal having to interfere. Antonio Canal came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Joel Gaona. But to his dismay, Joel Gaona quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 86 minutes, Zbyszek Kapinos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Villawalter City and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes Villawalter City got a freekick which was hit by Zbyszek Kapinos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 90th minute of play forced Villawalter City's goalkeeper Antonio Canal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gomesano Cayuela in the 93rd minute of the match.
