Axel Montenegro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 19thth minute tested the skills of Kirk Hoskin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 23rdth minute of the game Abram Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Harry Cool's Kirk Hoskin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Kirk Hoskin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kevin Mastache showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 24 minute of play. Axel Montenegro scored 2-1 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kirk Hoskin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnie Kenack in the 39th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Harry Cool's Kirk Hoskin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Montenegro in the 41st minute of play. In the 45th minute Biddle Ogle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Manzanares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Kevin Mastache kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After 92 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Indiano. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Biddle Ogle in the 93rd minute of play. Kirk Hoskin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Mastache, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
