Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Fryderyk Jajecznica started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Felix Montenegro's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Procopio Trespalacios firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 6 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Procopio Trespalacios was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecuador's Felix Montes pulled a muscle in his back after 10 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 10 minutes, Iwan Ostrowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Spartans Lodz and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Iwan Ostrowski kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Spartans Lodz's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Felix Montenegro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Procopio Trespalacios quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 15 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Procopio Trespalacios. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Procopio Trespalacios read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Fryderyk Jajecznica blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fryderyk Jajecznica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute, Fryderyk Jajecznica got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Procopio Trespalacios in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Procopio Trespalacios made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of play. Agustín Saelices struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Procopio Trespalacios didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fryderyk Jajecznica in the 27th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fryderyk Jajecznica in the 28th minute of the match. In the 40th minute of the game Primitivo Andino made a throw-in which Felix Montenegro played forward. Spartans Lodz's Procopio Trespalacios proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Spartans Lodz from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

In the 59th minute Fryderyk Jajecznica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Procopio Trespalacios having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zula Zworski in the 74th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agustín Saelices in the 78th minute of play forced Spartans Lodz's goalkeeper Procopio Trespalacios to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Spartans Lodz made a substitution. Radowit Szel replaced Herbert Gozdowski. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Procopio Trespalacios despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Procopio Trespalacios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 91st minute, Radowit Szel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 94th match minute, Spartans Lodz was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Radowit Szel to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ecuador fully deserved thier win.
