When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Túlio Maravilha sped through Uruguay's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Túlio Maravilha's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. With an all-out effort, Bulldogs F.C's Joaquin Gayoso threw himself towards the right post 23 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Túlio Maravilha, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 24th minute of the match, Túlio Maravilha tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Joaquin Gayoso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 25th minute, Bulldogs F.C's Matej Dupal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Francisco Borges showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Maximiliano Escribano hit a great ball. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Alexandre Sampaio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Seco to make the kick off. Bulldogs F.C's Francisco Borges proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Bulldogs F.C from getting a goal against them. Joaquin Gayoso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alexandre Sampaio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bruno Beldad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Borges having to interfere. Francisco Borges took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Escribano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximiliano Escribano in the 75th minute of play forced Bulldogs F.C's goalkeeper Francisco Borges to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alexandre Sampaio in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joaquin Gayoso prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute, Benediktas Kantauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Borges was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jaime Cazalla. The penalty shot was made by 陈奕宽, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. 4-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Bulldogs F.C fans cheered their team off the field, for while Uruguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
