In the 11th minute, Moises Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cyryl Liberko hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Skarpa Ełk's attentive Jurand Golob managed to snatch the ball when Luis Rubio made a throw-in in the 24th minute of the game. 26 minutes into the game, Jorge Magrina was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Salvador's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skarpa Ełk the free kick. After a rather tough play, El Salvador's Jorge Magrina got a free kick in the 26th minute. Joshua Curbelo made in the 42nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Abram Luque. The audience thought a goal was coming when Moises Fernandino got free with Wladyslaw Kocieniewski in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 47 played minutes Skarpa Ełk got a freekick which was hit by Korneliusz Penc.

The wind increased when Moises Fernandino made the kick off in the second half. Skarpa Ełk's Wladyslaw Borczak managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Luis Rubio in the 56 minute of the game. Abram Luque took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Wladyslaw Kocieniewski. Wladyslaw Kocieniewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Wladyslaw Kocieniewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Luque, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. The audience was convinced that Moises Fernandino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Wladyslaw Kocieniewski was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. The throw-in from Mateo Leguizamo in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Skarpa Ełk's Korneliusz Narbut. Skarpa Ełk's Wladyslaw Kocieniewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moises Fernandino in the 78th minute of play. During the 79th minute of the match Luis Rubio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Luis Rubio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Skarpa Ełk booed when El Salvador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Rubio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wladyslaw Kocieniewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Fernandino, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Abram Luque fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wladyslaw Kocieniewski having to interfere. In the 86th minute, Marco Tamayo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jesus Carvallo made in the 94th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Abram Luque. Wladyslaw Kocieniewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Fernandino in the 95th minute of the match. Marco Tamayo scored 4-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wladyslaw Kocieniewski, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. El Salvador walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
