Harvey Davies made an important save on a dangerous shot by Axel Montenegro in the 24th minute. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artur Mendes in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martijn August in the 27th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 31 played minutes Colombia got a freekick which was hit by Orlando Tafalla. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joop Bakker in the 31st minute of the match. Cobus Harding kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joop Bakker, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. 46 minutes into the match, FC Bal op het Dak's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Sarmiento came free, but Harvey Davies reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Axel Montenegro to maneuver through the defense. FC Bal op het Dak's Marick Brunt was substituted for Shaq Francis. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dan Kjellman to strike the kick off in the second half. Joop Bakker's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pedro Manzanares firmly grabbed it by the left post. Artur Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. Cobus Harding hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. FC Bal op het Dak made a substitution. Iwan Valentijn replaced Martijn August. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Kjellman in the 65th minute of play. If Axel Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 68 minutes into the match, Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dan Kjellman. Abram Sarmiento might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Harvey Davies. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Abram Sarmiento ran back to his position shaking his head. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. Abram Secada's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Harvey Davies read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iwan Valentijn in the 80th minute of the match. FC Bal op het Dak's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marick Brunt in the 82nd minute. In the 87th minute, Colombia's Orlando Tafalla seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Orlando Tafalla the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Colombia protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Orlando Tafalla had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Colombia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! Marick Brunt shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. FC Bal op het Dak played a much better game than Colombia and deserved their victory. The Colombia players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
