Arve Olstad was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vitinho de Barros showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 4-0 in the 19 minute of play. Arve Olstad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitinho de Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arve Olstad was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Vitinho de Barros capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Vitinho de Barros really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind AA Bełchatów's goalkeeper Leonard Rosen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Lechia Stavanger's defense didn't have a chance, in the 46th minute, when Vitinho de Barros scored to the left of an out of position Arve Olstad, making the score, 9-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 9-0 at half-time.

After 52 minutes of play, AA Bełchatów's Vitinho de Barros made it 10-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arve Olstad was left in no man's land by his defense there! 59 minutes into the game, Vitinho de Barros cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 12-0. Arve Olstad was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 61st minute, Mikkel Wiggen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Vitinho de Barros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arve Olstad was frozen by the shot and now it was 13-0. In the 69th minute Vitinho de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arve Olstad saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vitinho de Barros took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arve Olstad. Arve Olstad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 14-0. Arve Olstad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vitinho de Barros in the 82nd minute of play. After 83 played minutes FC Lechia Stavanger got a freekick which was hit by Mikkel Wiggen. Arve Olstad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vitinho de Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the FC Lechia Stavanger defense, Vitinho de Barros kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arve Olstad. The FC Lechia Stavanger fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arve Olstad should have stopped the shot. Arve Olstad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitinho de Barros in the 90th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Lechia Stavanger's zone, Kazimierz Patora stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arve Olstad came out of the goal and Kazimierz Patora tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to FC Lechia Stavanger getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Mikkel Wiggen hit a great ball.
