Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Dobrotă came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Victor Dobrotă's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, ITA Arad's Victor Ababei got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 15th minute of the match, Victor Dobrotă tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lautaro Navarro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 17 minutes into the game, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Marcu Zdroană made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Marcu Zdroană took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Victor Dobrotă cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Lautaro Navarro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 32 played minutes ITA Arad got a freekick which was hit by Paul Ipate. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 33rd minute of play forced ITA Arad's goalkeeper Marcu Zdroană to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 35 minutes into the match, ITA Arad's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Marcu Zdroană reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute Victor Dobrotă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute, Victor Dobrotă ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. A throw-in in the 44th minute of the game was made by Horia Ungur with Albert Barbăneagră as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. In the 45th minute, Edmundo Espiga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Honduras fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victor Dobrotă in the 51st minute of the match. In the 53rd minute, Victor Dobrotă made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Christian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcu Zdroană. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Christian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. ITA Arad's Tsubasa Ožura was substituted for Paul Ipate. If Edmundo Espiga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. ITA Arad made a substitution. Claudiu Cezar replaced Cazimir Frunză. The corner led ITA Arad's Tsubasa Ožura to fire away a dangerous shot which Lautaro Navarro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Marcu Zdroană showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Edmundo Espiga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by ITA Arad's Tsubasa Ožura. But to his dismay, Tsubasa Ožura quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Victor Dobrotă kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. In the 82nd match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Espiga to maneuver through the defense. Felix Tiberian took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-3. After 88 minutes, Victor Dobrotă made it 8-3 with a short kick to the right side. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 94 minutes into the game, Horia Ungur threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Luca Espinar quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The throw-in from Horia Ungur in the 95th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Honduras's Luca Espinar. When Sebastian Villa came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Honduras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Villa couldn't finish the play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. ITA Arad were victorious despite being under pressure from Honduras for much of the match.
