Barry Dawson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stanley Wallace in the 4th minute of the match. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Bill Fitter sent off a good shot on target. Bill Fitter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rowan Avery, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute of the match, Rowan Avery tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bruno Barrett saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 20 minutes into the match, Pocklington FC's Dom Waple sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Barrett narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 21 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Rocco Owen. With a little luck, Curacao's Bruno Barrett got control of the ball when Bill Fitter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Curacao's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Rowan Avery scored to the left of an out of position Bruno Barrett, making the score, 1-0. In the 34th match minute, Curacao was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Charles Cox to maneuver through the defense. Pocklington FC's Bill Fitter got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 36 minutes into the match, Rowan Avery dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bruno Barrett, 2-0. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rupert McDermot in the 39th minute of the match. After 40 minutes, Daryl Bannister mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pocklington FC and the Curacao players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 40 played minutes Pocklington FC got a freekick which was hit by Daryl Bannister. Bruno Barrett came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Pocklington FC's Bill Fitter. But to his dismay, Bill Fitter quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Bruno Barrett successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 48th minute, Bill Fitter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pocklington FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rowan Avery to strike the kick off in the second half. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rowan Avery in the 54th minute of play. Harvey Doyle hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute of the match Warren Savage shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bruno Barrett showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill Fitter in the 63rd minute of play. Bruno Barrett took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daryl Bannister, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Pocklington FC booed when Curacao was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Troy Kennedy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bill Fitter scored 5-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bruno Barrett, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bill Fitter in the 70th minute of play forced Curacao's goalkeeper Bruno Barrett to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rowan Avery in the 74th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Pocklington FC's Bill Fitter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bruno Barrett narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Rowan Avery came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Pocklington FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rowan Avery couldn't finish the play. Curacao's Bruno Barrett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bill Fitter in the 96th minute of play. 97 minutes into the game, Dom Waple cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Bruno Barrett was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
