DiYaRBeKiR Turkey's Sandu Racoviceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 7th minute of play. With a little luck, DiYaRBeKiR Turkey's Sandu Racoviceanu got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sandu Racoviceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Zorita in the 11th minute of play. In the 15th minute Kiur Vasmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to DiYaRBeKiR Turkey getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Kiur Vasmann hit a great ball. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sarbelio Ayala in the 18th minute of the match. Charlie Rousselle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Gennadiy Tytarenko made in the 25th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Charlie Rousselle immediately put the ball in play. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gennadiy Tytarenko, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Sandu Racoviceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 30th minute of play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sarbelio Ayala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. DiYaRBeKiR Turkey's Sarbelio Ayala got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Sarbelio Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gennadiy Tytarenko in the 44th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gennadiy Tytarenko to make the kick off. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charlie Rousselle in the 50th minute of the match. DiYaRBeKiR Turkey's Sandu Racoviceanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 59th minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sandu Racoviceanu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 67th minute of play forced DiYaRBeKiR Turkey's goalkeeper Sandu Racoviceanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sandu Racoviceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 77th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Charlie Rousselle, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Kiur Vasmann ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Kiur Vasmann almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa did a great save. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Mexico fully deserved thier win.
