Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ecuador's Daniel Zorita started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute of play forced Czarne Mamby's goalkeeper Ábel Szentesi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristian Sancho couldn't finish the play. In the 10th minute Miromir Magdziarz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 11 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Miromir Magdziarz who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Vaino Üürike managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Czarne Mamby's Ábel Szentesi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 16th minute of play. 20 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ábel Szentesi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 25th minute Miromir Magdziarz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vaino Üürike. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 30th minute. Ábel Szentesi came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. After 42 minutes, Vaino Üürike made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. Ecuador's Julio Vera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Vaino Üürike fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ábel Szentesi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 53 played minutes Czarne Mamby got a freekick which was hit by Leon Krzynowek. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristian Sancho got free with Ábel Szentesi in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Czarne Mamby's Ábel Szentesi got control of the ball when Luis Andino tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th match minute, Czarne Mamby was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vaino Üürike to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Czarne Mamby's goalkeeper Ábel Szentesi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montenegro. Ábel Szentesi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Agustín Saelices got a free kick in the 68th minute. When Czarne Mamby's Vaino Üürike in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. After 72 minutes, Cyprian Ziombkowski mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Czarne Mamby and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Czarne Mamby's Cyprian Ziombkowski got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ábel Szentesi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 75th minute. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ábel Szentesi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. 78 minutes into the match, Czarne Mamby's goalkeeper Ábel Szentesi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. Ábel Szentesi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 80th minute. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cyprian Ziombkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ábel Szentesi was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Cristian Sancho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristian Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Ábel Szentesi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 91st minute of the match. After having played for 96 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ecuador played a much better game than Czarne Mamby and deserved their victory. The Czarne Mamby players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
