Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, ACR SA's Beniamin Chludzinski got a free kick in the 4th minute. Roch Olchawa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 5th minute of play. Fred-Marc Firminos short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Dante Lacasa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ludomir Grucza hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Olchawa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 16 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Leoz. In the 17th minute, Fred-Marc Firmino left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ACR SA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Mexico's zone, Waclaw Dranka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal and Waclaw Dranka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 25 minutes into the game, Mexico's Luca Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roch Olchawa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Waclaw Dranka struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ACR SA. In the 31st minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Olchawa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fred-Marc Firmino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Dante Lacasa made a huge save. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after ACR SA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Alberto Tafalla managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zorko Hendrickx to strike the kick off in the second half. ACR SA's Roch Olchawa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save ACR SA from getting a goal against them. After having played for 61 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Zorko Hendrickx came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. 68 minutes into the match, ACR SA's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Roch Olchawa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Roch Olchawa quite easily take care of the ball. Facundo Cadaval took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roch Olchawa. Roch Olchawa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. 74 minutes into the match, ACR SA's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Roch Olchawa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ACR SA's Roch Olchawa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Gaona in the 75th minute of play. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 76th minute. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Roch Olchawa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Roch Olchawa in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Roch Olchawa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roch Olchawa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Ibrahim Lebouvier kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Fred-Marc Firmino struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ACR SA. Roch Olchawa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alberto Tafalla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 92 minute of play. In the 95th minute, Mexico's Facundo Cadaval ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roch Olchawa. Roch Olchawa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-5.
