In the 14th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franklin Sarron in the 31st minute of the match. 37 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ognyan Klyashev. Football Wizards 59's Spyros Chatzakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patricio Costa in the 38th minute of play. Venezuela's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute. After taking down the ball on Venezuela's corner Tomas Illescas fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Spyros Chatzakos quite easily take care of the ball. Jonathan Venegas kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. After 43 played minutes Football Wizards 59 got a freekick which was hit by Francesco Andreola.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Jose Correa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Football Wizards 59 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 52 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. After 57 played minutes Football Wizards 59 got a freekick which was hit by Jan Boström. Venezuela's Patricio Costa managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Francesco Andreola in the 58 minute of the game. A hard shot 59 in the game by Tomas Illescas from a close distance when the talented Spyros Chatzakos managed to make a qualified save. Football Wizards 59's players were relieved. After 70 minutes of play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Spyros Chatzakos was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Football Wizards 59's Dobromir Zaremba got a free kick in the 74th minute. Spyros Chatzakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 75th minute of the match. Francesco Andreola hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Spyros Chatzakos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
