Football Wizards 59's Spyros Chatzakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute of the match Ecuador got a corner. Football Wizards 59's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Daniel Zorita ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Juan Sebastián Puig managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Spyros Chatzakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 23rd minute of the match. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Spyros Chatzakos made a huge save. 27 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Gökçen Harmancı came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 30th minute of play forced Football Wizards 59's goalkeeper Spyros Chatzakos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Spyros Chatzakos in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. It was a well-played corner which Luis Andino managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After a rather tough play, Football Wizards 59's Clemente Montes got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Spyros Chatzakos made a huge save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franklin Sarron was the one to do the kick off. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 64 played minutes Football Wizards 59 got a freekick which was hit by Clemente Montes. Football Wizards 59's Spyros Chatzakos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 66th minute of play. Spyros Chatzakos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Sancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spyros Chatzakos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The corner ended in Gilbert Paciuszko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. 89 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Spyros Chatzakos. Football Wizards 59's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Spyros Chatzakos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Spyros Chatzakos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 95th minute of the match.
