Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Daniel Zorita took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 6 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Matheus Carneiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 9 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matheus Carneiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Matheus Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Cristian Sancho took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Matheus Carneiro to make any attempt to save it. Camilo Gisbert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus Carneiro having to interfere. In the 24th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Ecuador's Luis Andino getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. Matheus Carneiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 26th minute. Matheus Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Daniel Zorita placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Matheus Carneiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 37th minute. Vitório Negri hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ademar de Amorim stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 55 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Matheus Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Matheus Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 56th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes Zemantauskas FC got a freekick which was hit by Vitório Negri. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ademar de Amorim hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Agustín Saelices received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Matheus Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Zemantauskas FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Téo Luz hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Zemantauskas FC defense, Luis Andino kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Matheus Carneiro. The Zemantauskas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Matheus Carneiro should have stopped the shot. Matheus Carneiro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 74th minute. 79 minutes into the match, Zemantauskas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Matheus Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristian Sancho might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Matheus Carneiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cristian Sancho ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian Sancho in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Matheus Carneiro saved Zemantauskas FC from getting behind. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zemantauskas FC's Matheus Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 85th minute of play. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matheus Carneiro having to interfere. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Matheus Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 90th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matheus Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Téo Luz fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zemantauskas FC's protests and gave Téo Luz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st minute, Téo Luz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Luis Andino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Andino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matheus Carneiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
