Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Joel Gaona almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but The Obscurials's Zheng Chao did a great save. With an all-out effort, The Obscurials's Dante Lacasa threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anders Westerstrand, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Gaona in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zheng Chao prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. 30 minutes into the match, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zheng Chao narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Anders Westerstrand shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fotis Kapiris kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 34 played minutes, Mexico's Joel Gaona shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zheng Chao came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Anders Westerstrand kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. After 57 minutes of play, The Obscurials's Adriano Ribeiro made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 59 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Joel Gaona. In the 61st minute Joel Gaona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zheng Chao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 63rd minute of the match, but Zheng Chao made a huge save. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anders Westerstrand, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Anders Westerstrand scored 2-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anders Westerstrand recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Westerstrand in the 75th minute of play. After having played for 83 minutes, Joel Gaona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Joel Gaona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Mancebo in the 86thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zheng Chao, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Macos Graciani kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in The Obscurials's zone, Lautaro Mancebo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zheng Chao came out of the goal and Lautaro Mancebo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 92 minutes into the match, The Obscurials's goalkeeper Zheng Chao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Mancebo. In the 95th minute, Lawrance Grandison left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The The Obscurials fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. When the referee blew the final whistle, The Obscurials could leave the field as winners, despite Mexico having more of the ball for most of the match.
