With a left leg Denis Urtats saved Knight Of Dawn from getting behind. In the 10th minute of the match, Teta Grande got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rolando Noboa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Denis Urtats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 25th minute of the match. 30 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Teta Grande came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute of the match, Teta Grande tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rolando Noboa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 33rd minute Teta Grande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Francis Barney kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. The Knight Of Dawn players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Peru were winning 0-1.

Celedonio Fonda went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Celedonio Fonda got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rolando Noboa quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Denis Urtats showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luz Tejedor, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. The audience was convinced that Qiu Yuan Jun's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rolando Noboa was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, Eliseo Mina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rdth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Knight Of Dawn's Denis Urtats was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Denis Urtats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 80th minute of play forced Knight Of Dawn's goalkeeper Denis Urtats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Denis Urtats made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Luz Tejedor sent off a good shot on target. In the 87thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Knight Of Dawn's Denis Urtats was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Joaquin Prats hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. In the 92nd minute, Joaquin Prats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 95th minute Rafael Gallo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Urtats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Peru supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Peru would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
