The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Zorita was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Ernst Vikström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Davide Allemandi kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After 57 played minutes Albins Kamrater got a freekick which was hit by Davide Allemandi. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emil Majtyka in the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Albins Kamrater's Davide Allemandi got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Primitivo Andino made in the 64th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Albins Kamrater's Thomas Lundberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luis Andino in the 75th minute of play forced Albins Kamrater's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Jönsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Albins Kamrater had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
