Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute, Miroslav Klose made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Miroslav Klose's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Kristopher Johnson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miroslav Klose received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jonathan Ferrant came out and tried to block the shot, but Miroslav Klose slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 13th minute. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Miroslav Klose sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslav Klose, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Venezuela:s Jonathan Ferrant showed great skill when he stopped Ilídio Abrantes:s penalty. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s Miroslav Klose. But to his dismay, Miroslav Klose quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. The throw-in from Alex Chicote in the 31st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s Vasco Távora. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Miroslav Klose in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Kristopher Johnson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 35th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Alex Chicote got a free kick in the 36th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslav Klose in the 37th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Vasco Távora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miroslav Klose's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. The corner led QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s Bernardo Simões to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.:s goal. Jonathan Ferrant had in the 57thth minute some difficulties stopping Ilídio Abrantes's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miroslav Klose in the 58th minute of the match. The corner led QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s Miroslav Klose to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Ferrant despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Miroslav Klose came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.'s Miroslav Klose in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Miroslav Klose struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C.. Miroslav Klose sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miroslav Klose, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristopher Johnson having to interfere. In the 89thth minute of the game Miroslav Klose who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute, Miroslav Klose ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Durbac in the 97th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for QUINTA DAS LUZES F.C..
