Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Abraham Alguacil sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Worst Team Ever's Felix Hedlund got a free kick in the 7th minute. When Stor Klack came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Worst Team Ever fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stor Klack couldn't finish the play. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stor Klack in the 12th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lazaros Kotsiopoulos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Berganza ran back to his position shaking his head. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Isidoro Sarmiento put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lazaros Kotsiopoulos. An unexpectedly hard shot by Necmi Öktemer in the 25th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 26 minutes into the match, Worst Team Ever's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Lazaros Kotsiopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Worst Team Ever's Lazaros Kotsiopoulos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Worst Team Ever from getting a goal against them. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mito Chochkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Abraham Alguacil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos was a little too slow when Tomas Berganza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After a rather tough play, Worst Team Ever's Felix Hedlund got a free kick in the 50th minute. The supporters of Panama booed when Worst Team Ever was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Necmi Öktemer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Worst Team Ever's Lazaros Kotsiopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 52nd minute of play. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mito Chochkov in the 55th minute of play. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Barrios to maneuver through the defense. Mito Chochkov, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 67th match minute, Worst Team Ever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt-Arne Sjöö to maneuver through the defense. After 72 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 78th match minute, Worst Team Ever was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Olof Ekegren to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stor Klack. Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lazaros Kotsiopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Berganza in the 88th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, Worst Team Ever's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Lazaros Kotsiopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Worst Team Ever's Lazaros Kotsiopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 91st minute of play. Panama were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Worst Team Ever for a fine match.
