Sanchez Vagrande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sanchez Vagrande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Facundo Cadaval in the 15th minute of play. After 17 minutes Fuerza Amarilla's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Joel Gaona fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sanchez Vagrande quite easily take care of the ball. The supporters of Mexico booed when Fuerza Amarilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Porta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sanchez Vagrande showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Fuerza Amarilla's Leonard Nienajadlo got a free kick in the 20th minute. Joel Gaona received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sanchez Vagrande came out and tried to block the shot, but Joel Gaona slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 22nd minute. Alberto Tafalla in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sanchez Vagrande, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Mascaran in the 38th minute of play. After 40 minutes Mexico's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xusto Bocaran who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Fuerza Amarilla's Leonard Nienajadlo got a free kick in the 40th minute. The supporters of Mexico booed when Fuerza Amarilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Vilas's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Vilas helped the player get up and apologised. Vicente Vilas kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Leonard Nienajadlo kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fuerza Amarilla's goalkeeper Sanchez Vagrande, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Mascaran in the 59th minute of the match. Sanchez Vagrande took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luca Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Mancebo took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sanchez Vagrande. Sanchez Vagrande dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Fuerza Amarilla's Sanchez Vagrande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 67th minute of play. Lorenzo Cazalla scored 3-0 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sanchez Vagrande, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 74th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sanchez Vagrande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 78th minute of play forced Fuerza Amarilla's goalkeeper Sanchez Vagrande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Fuerza Amarilla's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Mancebo came free, but Sanchez Vagrande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Fuerza Amarilla defense, Alberto Tafalla kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sanchez Vagrande. The Fuerza Amarilla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sanchez Vagrande should have stopped the shot. Fuerza Amarilla's Sanchez Vagrande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Cazalla in the 90th minute of play.
